Terms & Conditions

NET Limousine Service respects its clients and considers its terms and conditions to be fair and just, taking into consideration of its vehicles, implementing proper health safety standards including the well and-being concerns of its clients and thus we ask for the same courtesy.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a minimum of three (3) days cancellation notice. Notifications should be given by calling our office at 202-630-1201. 

1. Customer / Representative must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering this contract under the laws.
2. NET Limousine Service will always try to accommodate your needs, any minor changes to bookings are upon availability and with advance notice. For changes, please contact our office as soon as possible. Changes in arrival or destination locations may result in additional charges. 
3. Overtime is permitted only based on vehicle availability and not guaranteed. Overtime rates are non-negotiable and will be charged to the customer according to the GPS Tracking report for each limousine. Chauffeurs’ do not have the ability to waive overtime for any reason. Overtime is charged by the hour not prorated per minute.
4. Customer is responsible for payment of ferries, tolls and parking.
5. The chauffeur inspects each vehicle before, during and after each rental. In the event of damage Customer shall be responsible for any and all harm and damages suffered by the company, its agents, employees, or third parties, including but not limited to the vehicle interior as well exterior, including cleaning, breakages, burns, or other interior and/or exterior damage to extent of the actual cost to repair or replace, with a minimum charge of $300.00. 
6. At no time is the smoking permitted. If customer or customer’s guests smokes inside the vehicle, customer shall be charged $500.00, and the rental will be terminated immediately without refund. Exterior decorations subject to weather.
7. SMOKING, ILLEGAL USE OF ALCOHOL (if passengers are under the age of 21), &/OR NARCOTICS OR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ARE PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE TRIP.
   1. SMOKING IN CAR FEE: $500.00 PER INCIDENT
   2. ILLEGAL USE OF ALCOHOL FEE: $500.00 PER INCIDENT
   3. ILLEGAL CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE FEE: $500.00
8. Additional Damage Charges: Clients agrees to pay fees for additional damages as outlined below. These additional charges will be applied to the credit card on file.
   1. $500.00 | Bodily fluids: blood, urine, feces, and or vomit.
   2. Cigarette burns: $500.00 in addition to actual cost of REPLACEMENT to burned/ damaged materials.
   3. Ripped or damaged upholstery: $500.00 in addition to actual cost of REPLACEMENT to burned/ damaged materials.
   4. Lost or broken remote control: $250.00
   5. Lost or broken GMC headphones: $350.00 
   6. REPLACEMENT: broken glass, and all other damaged parts, including the interior and exterior is $500.00 per item.
