Can I change my form of payment?
Yes. We accept a credit card change should you want to use a different credit card at the time of your trip when it takes place.
Is Smoking and Drinking allowed in NET Limousine Service?
Smoking is allowed (with advance bookings only) on selected vehicles, but you’re more than welcome to bring your favorite alcoholic beverages on board to stock the bus with and enjoy partying late into the evening. This is one of the top reasons to rent a NET Limousine Service vehicle! Our professional chauffeurs are at the wheel, it’s perfectly legal and safe.
What is the minimum service required to book one of NET Limousine Service luxury vehicles?
NET Limousine Service requires a 4-hour minimum per hourly scheduled service. With advanced booking we can provide special rates for our regular guests. For any emergencies and need immediate service please call us at 202-630-1201.
Do you provide Concierge Service for large groups?
YES! Leave it to NET Limousine Service to help with simplifying your group, and their obligations. We are able to provide you with your own onsite concierge service to help streamline your requirements and special needs during your stay and managing the schedules. Our hourly rate is $175/ hour or call us directly for a daily flat rate.

What is the Cancelation Policy?
Cancelation notification less than 6 hours before your scheduled picked up time, you will be charged 100% cancelation fee.
Cancelation more than 24 hours prior your scheduled pick up will be zero cancelation fee.
What credit cards do you accept?
NET Limousine Service accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also Accept Zelle, and Venmo through 202-630-1201.
Why is the amount charged differently from the amount I was quoted?
The rate is based on the information at the time when you book your reservation. Additional charges can result to your service during your trip such as out of city charges, tolls, waiting time, extra stops, or change in destination. Should you feel your additional services was in accurate, please call our Accounting Department at 571-599-9996 to review your changes.
What is chargeable?
*5% Credit Card Processing Fee, tolls, and Gratuity (20-25%) is not included.
